Resident submissions

A resident keeps ownership of original material submitted to the Bulletin. Posting gives the Bulletin only the practical permission needed to store, display, format, and preserve that material as part of the service and its ordinary archive.

Report a concern

Use the private contact form and choose the copyright topic. Identify the work, the exact Bulletin URL or item, why you believe the use is unauthorized, and how the Bulletin can reply. Please include a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for one.

A complete formal notice may also need your name or electronic signature and a good-faith statement. That information is used to review the request and is not posted merely because a notice was sent.

Review and response

The Bulletin may temporarily hide material while a credible notice is checked, preserve a private action record, ask for missing details, remove material, or restore it when the notice does not support removal. The person who posted the material may contact the Bulletin with a correction or counter-notice.

Other concerns

Privacy, impersonation, harassment, and illegal-content concerns are not copyright claims. Use the report link on the post or reply, or choose the appropriate topic in the contact form.
