Using the Bulletin

You may read the public Bulletin without an account. A verified account is required to post, reply, send a private message, or submit a structured content report. Accounts are for people age 18 or older during the present launch period.

Use the Site lawfully and in keeping with the community guidelines. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, evade safety limits, impersonate someone, or post material you have no right to share.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for what you submit. By posting, you give the Bulletin permission to store, display, reproduce, and format that material as needed to operate the public archive and its ordinary backups. You do not transfer ownership of your work.

Do not publish private contact details, exact home addresses, or sensitive records unless you intentionally want that information to be public. Private messages are temporary and are not part of the civic archive.

Moderation and availability

The Bulletin may mask ordinary profanity, hold uncertain material, remove content, restrict an account, or preserve a limited moderation record when reasonably needed to enforce the published policies or protect people and the Site. The moderation policy explains that process and the private contact form is available for questions.

The Site is offered as a small independent public service. Reasonable care is taken, but uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, and permanent preservation of every submission cannot be guaranteed.

Changes

Material policy changes should be dated and written plainly. Continued use after a change means the current terms apply to future activity; it does not quietly rewrite the history of an earlier moderation decision or private-message retention promise.
